01 · Workshop

Diagnosefirst.Quotesecond.Workthird.

Fiitech's workshop services vehicles and installations across automotive, electrical, electronics, and solar. The same technicians who train our students do the work. And the same equipment students learn on services your vehicle.

03 · Why Fiitech Workshop

Three things we do differently.

  1. 01

    Diagnostic-led, not guess-led

Every job starts with a proper diagnosis. We use Launch X-431, Xtool, multimeters, and oscilloscopes to find the actual problem before suggesting a fix. You get a written quote based on what's actually wrong, not what we think might be wrong.

  2. 02

    Technicians who teach

Our technicians are also instructors. They have to be able to explain what they're doing. To students and to you. That means they actually understand the systems they're working on, instead of just swapping parts until something works.

  3. 03

    Industry-standard equipment

KESS V2 and K-TAG for ECU work. Launch X-431 Pro for diagnostics. Bosch and Fluke multimeters. Pico oscilloscopes. The same tools used at OEM dealerships. Operated by people trained to use them properly.

Process

What happens when you bring us your vehicle.

  1. Step 1

    Drop off

Bring your vehicle to the workshop in Farin Gada, or arrange a tow if it's not driveable. We'll log it in and ask you about the symptoms. Be specific, it helps us find the issue faster.

  2. Step 2

    Diagnosis

Our technicians diagnose the actual problem using proper procedures and equipment. Diagnosis usually takes a few hours to a day, depending on complexity. We don't start any repair work yet.

  3. Step 3

    Written quote

Once we know what’s wrong, you receive a written quote covering parts, labour, and turnaround time. We explain what’s failing, what the fix involves, and what the cost will be. You approve before we start.

  4. Step 4

    Repair

Repair work begins. For complex jobs, we keep you updated. For unexpected complications, we stop and ask. We don’t add charges without your approval.

  5. Step 5

    Quality check & handover

Every job is checked before handover. You collect the vehicle with a written record of what was done, parts used, and warranty terms.
